I've put together a little design for you to download and stitch!
I do hope you like it.
Everything about them is special, their colour, their fragility, the leaf shape and especially their meaning.
According to this source
A blue violet symbolises - Watchfulness; faithfulness; I'll always be true
A white violet means - Let's take a chance on happiness

Trace the design onto a 7" high x 9" wide piece of fabric. Back it with fusible stabiliser and embroider with a combination of your favourite stitches.
I suggest Back-stitch or Stem-stitch for most of the design, and maybe some Running-stitch for the leaf-veins.
Sew a French-knot where you've traced each small dot.
Seed beads or French-knots may be added to the centre of each violet for added detail.
This design is suited to a 5" x 7" standard sized frame.
You might also like to trim the panel to 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" and add a border, wadding, backing and binding.
